Our R&D Director, Dr. Jiang Yue, was invited to attend the 9th Annual Conference of the Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology and co-chaired the Food Technology Forum alongside Professor Shi Xianming, Director of the Sino-US Joint Research Center on Food Safety at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. During the conference, Dr. Jiang delivered an English report titled "Research on the Cholesterol-Lowering Effect of Microalgae". In the report, Dr. Jiang pointed out that, based on animal experimental results, the microalgae products cultivated by Runke are a substance that can fundamentally promote cholesterol excretion and have broad application prospects. The report received significant attention and sparked enthusiastic discussions among experts and scholars from both domestic and international circles, earning unanimous praise from the attendees.
