Dr. Jiang Yue was invited to attend and chair the 2012 International Forum on Food Industry Science and Technology

The "2012 International Forum on Food Industry Science and Technology – Innovation and Safety Assurance of Functional Foods and Ingredients" was held grandly at Beijing Guoyi Hotel from September 25th to 26th, 2012. This was a large-scale academic event dedicated to the field of food research and development. Dr. Jiang Yue, our company's R&D Director, was invited to attend and co-chair the functional food forum with the Director of the National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Special Diets.

The forum was organized by the National Technical Committee for the Standardization of Special Diets and Beijing Yiqing Research Institute, and hosted by the "Food Industry Science and Technology" magazine. Over 400 people, including leaders from relevant regulatory agencies such as the National Health Commission, National Development and Reform Commission, and National Medical Products Administration, leaders from various industry associations, renowned experts and professors, R&D personnel from domestic and foreign food enterprises, chief engineers from domestic and foreign research institutions, and industry media, were invited to attend. The conference focused on heated discussions on topics such as policies and regulations, market demands, development trends, technological innovations, and product applications related to functional foods and ingredients.

 This conference gathered elites from various sectors and levels within the functional food industry, ranging from regulation to execution and from upstream to downstream. It synthesized opinions from the food industry and made significant contributions to promoting the development and progress of international functional foods.
