In October, 2011, the fourth batch of Guangdong Innovative Enterprises list was released, and Guangdong Runke Bioengineering Co., Ltd. was included in the list. It successfully passed the assessment of the six departments including the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, the Provincial Economic and Information Commission, the Provincial State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the Provincial Intellectual Property Office, and the Provincial Federation of Trade Unions, and became one of the Guangdong Innovative Enterprises.
Since the launch of the "Guangdong Innovative Enterprise" evaluation in 2008, the six departments including the Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Department have conducted dynamic supervision of innovative enterprises, and the pilot enterprises will be recognized as "Guangdong Innovative Enterprises" after passing the assessment. After three years of validity, they will be reviewed again, and those who fail will be "delisted". To be selected as a Guangdong Innovative Enterprise, it is necessary to have core technologies with independent intellectual property rights, continuous innovation capabilities, industry leadership and independent brands, strong profitability and high management level, as well as innovative development strategies and cultures.
